Corn Silk and Honey Porridge [Ingredients]50g corn silk, 100g japonica rice, 30g honey. [Instructions] ① Wash the corn silk, chop it finely, and place it in a bowl. ② Rinse the japonica rice, place it in a clay pot, add an appropriate amount of water, and simmer until it becomes a thick porridge. When the porridge is almost done, stir in the corn silk powder, continue to simmer over low heat until boiling, remove from heat, let it cool slightly, and then stir in the honey. [Efficacy]Nourishes Yin and clears heat, calms the liver and lowers blood pressure. Suitable for hypertension caused by liver fire rising or liver Yang hyperactivity.

Pea and Glutinous Rice Porridge [Ingredients]30g peas, 50g glutinous rice, appropriate amount of red dates, a little brown sugar. Lotus Seed and Watermelon Porridge [Ingredients]50g fresh watermelon rind, 50g japonica rice, 20g lotus seeds, a little salt, rock sugar, and chopped green onion. [Instructions] ① Peel off the outer layer of the fresh watermelon rind, cut into thin slices, and sprinkle with salt; remove the lotus seed cores and soak in water; rinse the japonica rice. ② Put the japonica rice into a clay pot, add an appropriate amount of water and lotus seeds, bring to a boil over high heat until 70% cooked, add the watermelon rind and rock sugar, then simmer over low heat until the porridge thickens. Rehmannia and Lycium Root Porridge [Ingredients]15-30g Rehmannia root (processed), 20-30g Lycium berries, 10g Chrysanthemum, 100g japonica rice.
