1. Braised Three Mushrooms (Vegetarian)
Ingredients: 25g shiitake mushrooms, 25g button mushrooms, 50g tender corn, 50g bamboo shoots, appropriate amount of broth, 25g straw mushrooms, cornstarch slurry, and seasonings as needed.

Preparation: Soak the shiitake mushrooms, button mushrooms, and straw mushrooms in water until softened and cleaned. Sauté in oil, then add broth, tender corn, and bamboo shoots and cook until done. Add cornstarch slurry and seasonings (salt, MSG, etc.), stir-fry briefly, and serve.

2. Stir-fried Shredded Pork with White Fungus
Ingredients: 9g white fungus, 150g lean shredded pork, 10ml soy sauce, 5g cornstarch slurry, oil, salt, MSG, ginger powder, and boiling water as needed.

Preparation Method: First, soak the white fungus in warm water until softened, remove the yellow stem and impurities, wash thoroughly, and tear into small pieces. Marinate the shredded pork with cornstarch, soy sauce, and ginger powder until flavorful. Stir-fry in hot oil until 80% cooked, then add the white fungus, boiling water, salt, and a little soy sauce. Stir-fry continuously over high heat for 5 minutes. Season with MSG before serving.

Efficacy and Indications: Nourishes the lungs, resolves phlegm and relieves cough, lowers blood lipids. Suitable for those with hypertension, hyperlipidemia, arteriosclerosis, and dry cough.

3. Stir-fried Tofu with Two Kinds of Fungus
Ingredients: 15g black fungus, 300-500g high-quality fresh tofu, 15g white fungus, 3-5g fermented tofu, appropriate amount of fresh meat broth, a little pepper, coriander, oil, salt, and MSG.

Preparation Method: Soak the wood ear and white fungus in water until softened, wash and remove impurities, then stir-fry briefly in oil. Wash and chop the cilantro. Wash the tofu and cut it into 2cm cubes, then stir-fry the tofu cubes in oil. Add the wood ear and white fungus, stock, cilantro, pepper, salt, and MSG, and cook until thoroughly cooked.

Efficacy and Indications: Nourishes qi and blood, lowers blood lipids and blood pressure. Suitable for regular consumption.

4. Onion and Chicken Wing Pieces
Ingredients: 2 onions, 2 tomatoes, 1g dried tangerine peel powder, 400g chicken wings, 30ml salad oil, 15ml Shaoxing wine, 400ml chicken stock (or water with MSG), 35g broad bean paste, 1 head of garlic, 2g salt, 3g sugar, a little ginger and soy sauce.

Preparation Method: First, clean the chicken wings (choose the thickest parts if possible), cut them into large pieces, and marinate them briefly with Shaoxing wine, soy sauce, and dried tangerine peel powder. Wash and slice the garlic, wash and chop the tomatoes, and peel and slice the ginger. Then, heat salad oil in a pot, and sauté the garlic, ginger, and chicken wings until cooked through. Next, peel and quarter the onions, and mix together the fermented bean paste, tomatoes, sugar, salt, and chicken broth. Once the chicken turns golden brown, add the prepared seasonings and onions, and simmer over medium heat for about 20 minutes. Eat the meat and drink the soup while hot.

5. Hawthorn and Grass Carp Slices
Ingredients: 10g hawthorn, 6g Solomon's seal rhizome, 3g dried tangerine peel, 150g grass carp, a little cornstarch, egg white, and MSG.

Preparation method: First, remove the head, scales, and intestines from the grass carp, wash it, and slice it. Marinate the slices with cornstarch, egg white, salt, and MSG, then stir-fry them in oil and set aside. Wash and slice the hawthorn and dried tangerine peel. Soak the Solomon's seal in warm water until soft, then stir-fry it with the hawthorn slices in oil. Next, add the fish slices, dried tangerine peel, and the liquid used to soak the Solomon's seal, along with the seasonings. Stir-fry until the fish is tender and the sauce thickens.

Efficacy and indications: A delicious dish that lowers blood lipids.
