Nasal drops and eye drops formulated with naphazoline should be used with caution by patients with hypertension.

Long-term use of these drugs can easily cause fluid retention and worsen hypertension; therefore, patients with hypertension should avoid using them.

Therefore, patients with hypertension should use them with caution.

Since many medications can worsen hypertension, it is recommended that hypertensive patients, while choosing appropriate antihypertensive drugs to control their blood pressure, also understand the medications that affect blood pressure and try to avoid using these drugs that can worsen hypertension. If these medications must be used, the dosage should be minimized.
