Strawberries: Nourishing Blood Vessels, Preventing Hardening of the Arteries
Also known as large strawberries, red berries, and ground strawberries.

Taste and Nature: Sweet and sour, cool in nature; enters the Lung and Spleen meridians. Recommended serving size: 10 strawberries per serving.

Nutritional Components: Vitamin C, Vitamin A, Vitamin E, Vitamin B₁, Vitamin B2, Carotene, Tannins, Aspartic Acid, Strawberry Amine, Pectin, Fiber, Folic Acid, Copper, Iron, Calcium, Tannins, Anthocyanins, etc.

Strawberries are rich in anthocyanins, which can enhance blood vessel elasticity, improve circulatory system function, and thus lower blood pressure. Strawberries also contain abundant vitamins and minerals, which help lower blood sugar. Furthermore, strawberries are low in calories, preventing a rapid rise in post-meal blood sugar without increasing the burden on the pancreas.

Remedies:
1. High Blood Pressure: Wash fresh strawberries and eat raw, 50 grams each time, 3 times a day. Or soak strawberries in white wine and drink the juice.

2. Loss of appetite and abdominal distension: Fresh strawberries

Strawberries have a certain nourishing and conditioning effect on the gastrointestinal tract and anemia. Besides preventing vitamin C deficiency, they also have a good effect on preventing and treating arteriosclerosis and coronary heart disease. Strawberries are rich in tannins, which can absorb and prevent the absorption of carcinogenic chemicals in the body, thus having an anti-cancer effect. Strawberries contain aspartic acid, which can naturally and gently remove heavy metal ions from the body.

Precautions: Eating unwashed strawberries may cause nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and other symptoms. Therefore, when washing strawberries, they should be rinsed under running water, and the stems should not be removed before washing, otherwise the taste will deteriorate and vitamin C will be lost. After washing, strawberries can be soaked in salt water for about 5 minutes to inhibit bacteria and other microorganisms.

Strawberry, Mung Bean, and Glutinous Rice Porridge
Main ingredients: 250g glutinous rice, 100g mung beans, 250g strawberries.

Seasoning: Sugar to taste.

Instructions:

1. Pick out any impurities from the mung beans, rinse them thoroughly, and soak them in water for 4 hours. Clean the strawberries.

2. Rinse the glutinous rice and add it to a pot with the soaked mung beans. Strawberry Lemon Juice
Ingredients: 10 strawberries, half a lemon.

Instructions:
1. Soak the strawberries in lightly salted water for 10 minutes, then rinse them with clean water, remove the stems, and cut them into small pieces. Wash the lemon and cut it into small pieces.

2. Put the strawberries and lemon into a juicer, add a little cooled boiled water, and juice.
