③ Heat oil in a wok until it reaches 40-50% of its smoking point, add the shrimp meat, and quickly stir with chopsticks until separated, about 15 seconds later, remove and drain the oil using a slotted spoon. ④ Leave a little oil in the wok, place it over heat, add the shrimp, and quickly pour in the tea leaves and tea juice. Add cooking wine, salt, and MSG, stir-fry briefly, and then remove from the wok and plate.

Efficacy and Indications: Shrimp has kidney-tonifying and aphrodisiac effects. It can also be used to treat muscle and bone pain, slow measles eruption, and promote lactation. It is a good nutritional food for those recovering from serious illness or those with weak constitutions. Suitable for patients with hyperlipidemia.

② Wash sweet potato, peel, and cut into large chunks.

③ Wash ginger and peel.

④ Clean old pigeon, remove feathers and internal organs, boil in boiling water for 10 minutes, remove and wash.

This soup is especially suitable for patients with hyperlipidemia.

3. Steamed Fish Fillets with Egg
Ingredients: 200g shelled eggs, 200g fresh fish fillets, 10g scallions, 10g salt, 1g MSG, 15ml light soy sauce, 1g pepper, 40ml cooked vegetable oil.

Preparation Method:
① Mix the fish fillets with 5g salt and 10ml oil.

② Beat the eggs into an egg mixture, add salt and MSG, mix well, and pour into a plate.

③ Place a steamer over heat, pour in the egg mixture, and steam over low heat for about 7 minutes. Then add fish slices and scallions on top of the egg mixture, and continue steaming for 3 minutes. Let it sit for 2 minutes using the residual heat, then remove, drizzle with soy sauce and oil, and sprinkle with pepper.

Efficacy and Indications: Regularly eating eggs will not induce atherosclerosis. This is because although eggs contain a relatively high amount of cholesterol, they also contain lecithin. Lecithin, once in the bloodstream, will reduce the size of cholesterol and fat particles and keep them in suspension, thus preventing cholesterol and fat from depositing on the blood vessel walls and preventing atherosclerosis.

Efficacy and Indications: Bok choy contains carotene, although its absorption rate is extremely low. However, combining it with the fat and vegetable oil in eggs improves its absorption rate. The vitamin C and dietary fiber in vegetables can prevent cholesterol from depositing on blood vessel walls, promote gastrointestinal motility, aid digestion and absorption, facilitate bowel movements, and relieve constipation symptoms.
